Conduent Business Services, LLC (“Conduent”) is a third-party service provider for services related to printing and mailroom, document processing, payment integrity, government benefits, and other back-office support services. On January 13, Conduent discovered  that an unauthorized third party had accessed its networks between October 21, 2024 and January 13. Upon discovery, Conduent secured its network, contacted law enforcement, initiated an investigation, and restored systems and operations. The investigation revealed that the threat actors obtained some files due to services that Conduent provides to Humana, Inc. These files contained protected personal information, such as name, Social Security number, medical data, and health insurance details.
