Sophisticated Phishing Scheme
A sophisticated phishing scheme of fraudulent URLs, login pages, a sense of urgency and legitimacy, and persistent communication through mobile devices was recently discovered. The phishing kit revealed the creation of replicas of login pages and impersonating organizations.
Impact of Cyber Attacks in Healthcare
A ransomware attack impacting Change Healthcare, one of the largest healthcare technology companies in the US, shows the impacts of a cyberattack. The incident, which occurred on February 21, crippled pharmacies across the nation, including military pharmacies, etc.
Phishing Scheme Target School
On February 22, a compromised email account sent phishing emails to several contacts at a New Jersey educational institution. The users who attempted to access the link in the email and submitted their credentials had their accounts compromised by the threat actor.
Active Subdomain Hijacking Operation
Subdomain hijacking occurs when threat actors gain control of a subdomain of a legitimate domain by taking over unused or abandoned subdomains to inject their IP address into the SPF record, and send emails on behalf of the primary domain name.
Ivanti Connect Secure Exploit
the authoring organizations and industry partners have determined that cyber threat actors are able to deceive Ivanti’s internal and external Integrity Checker Tool (ICT), resulting in a failure to detect compromise. Cyber threat actors are exploiting multiple vulnerabilities.
#StopRansomware: ALPHV/BlackCat
Of nearly 70 leaked victims, the Healthcare and Public Health sector has been the most commonly victimized, likely in response to the ALPHV/BlackCat administrator’s post encouraging its affiliates to target hospitals after operational action against the group.

Multiple vulnerabilities have been discovered in ConnectWise ScreenConnect, the most severe of which could allow for remote code execution. Successful exploitation of the most severe of these vulnerabilities could allow for remote code execution in the system.
